She's Leaving!
This is Charlotte's Sewing Room Day. She's drives to the Guest Services Parking lot then walks her sewing machine in it's roller luggage case to the sewing room. This is a full day activity.
I did some work around the RV and put the garbage can to the road. Then I made my "Baked Potato Hash" for dinner timing it to be ready on Charlotte's return; however, the morning session was an easy project and she was back a bit early.
One was a pull-string carrying bag with several little pockets inside. The title of the project was a "Travelling Jewelry Bag"; but it could be used for many purposes. Charlotte might use it for sewing items. Like the larger project bag, it can be made in any size. The "Snap Bag" utilizes cut metal pieces from a carpenter's retractable ruler sewn in the top band. The bigger the bag the bigger the section widths. The same quality that keeps the ruler straight as it extends also makes the bag snap shut (as long as you remember to put the curved (printed) side facing out). Neat!
We almost went swimming (just above 80 F today) ; however, the busy day caught up with us and we both had a nap.
TV tonight is Big Bang Theory, Millionaire and Family Feud followed by Person of Interest, The Mentalist, and Local News. It wraps up after Jay's Monologue unless he has Headlines or Jay Walking.
