Ooops! A little late!

The computer (Windows 10 Pro) ended up with some corrupted files. It took several tries for Windows to correct itself and by that time I was too tired to do the blog.

Not a lot to report on anyway. Yesterday was a washout all around. Once again the worst of the severe weather went around us; however there was a steady light rain until mid-afternoon. Although the rain was light the wind was strong enough to gently wiggle the motorhome on several occasions.

In the afternoon I went to pick up my delivery of the Del Sol suspension braces at the office. An internet check showed it had arrived too late in the afternoon on Friday for pickup. After 5 p.m. the deliveries are signed for by the night clerk. There is no pickup as the office was closed..

Last chance for using this weeks JoAnn Fabric coupons so we decided to see if there was anything Charlotte could find that was eligible. The coupons are only good for items not already discounted (or certain brand items). She found 3 plastic cutting guides and saved 50% on two and 40% on the third. The yarn she usually buys has not been restocked for some time now.

Steak 'n Shake just a few miles down the road was our supper destination. The "Steakburgers" are tastier than regular burgers and the milkshakes are better than DQ Blizzards - all for a great price.

The evening was channel surfing while we continued working on the "Golden Gate" jigsaw. We are now down to the tedious part of finding just the right piece from a pile that are all very similar in colour (blue sky, etc.)
