Wednesday - 3 Feb/16

Not as foggy today; however the temps will still be in the mid 80's F by afternoon.

Charlotte was off to crafts for 9 a.m. Today's project was a tri-fold tablet. One was completed by her return at noon.

Charlotte finished two more by the end of the afternoon.

They are really cute and handy, to boot! (but, I wax poetic - grin)

In the late afternoon Charlotte checked the Rec Hall for the material list for the next craft project. It was available. I had to mail a rebate letter so we were off on another 2-4-1 mission again today. To make accomplishing this easier I went to the Post Office that was right next to the mall where JoAnn's is located . I pick up a pre-stamped letter and mailed out the rebate form.

A small local gathering of collector cars was taking place in the mall parking lot. Everything from a 1957 Thunderbird to Hot Rods and Muscle Cars were there with others arriving every few minutes.

Charlotte picked up the needed items at JoAnn's along with a few items for the just completed tablets (pens, pads, etc.) at the Dollar General at the end of the same mall. All this hard labour and fresh air (we had the top off on the Del Sol) worked up an appetite so we headed down the road to the Ichiban Buffet.

We have eaten here a few times in the past. The price is reasonable and the food is quite good. They have a large selection along with a Sushi Bar and a grill area for special request items that are cooked to order. It wasn't only the Shrimp and the Mushroom Caps that were stuffed! (grin).

We left the restaurant at dusk and arrived back at the RV park just as darkness settled in. We were just in time for Jeopardy which is out usual TV start to the evening. Not too many programs that we regularly watch this evening on the tube. This would be a channel surfing night until it was time for the local news.

That's it for another day. Now we prepare for a bit of rain on Wednesday.
